A Source Technology, LLC accepts merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined below and will replace the product or refund your money at your option.
To facilitate processing of returned merchandise: · Please contact a Customer Service representative to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning any product. · All Return Merchandise Authorizations MUST be received by A Source Technology, LLC within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number, Customers Purchase order number if applicable and the name of the representative issuing RMA. · A copy of your original invoice or packing slip is required to process your return. Requests for refund will be limited to 30 days from the invoice date. Return freight charge must be prepaid. Sorry, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted. · Returned Merchandise to be returned for refund must be in original, new condition and be accompanied by all original packaging, documentation and accessories. Returns after 30 days, or without complete packaging, etc. will be accepted only for exchange of defective product under the terms of our limited warranty this RMA and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. · Parts returned due to customer error may be subject to a restocking charge (this may vary due to manufacturers return policy). Custom or special order parts specified as "NC/NR" or "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable" at time of quote or sale is not returnable. · Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of the original invoice date and need not be in original packaging. You must obtain a RMA number prior to return with a written description of reason for defect.
